submit or post your User Material. We are under no obligation to separately review any User Material to check that you

Viruses
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses, and you are responsible for

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by
New York law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York located in the
Borough of Manhattan.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms shall become or declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever,
such term or provision shall be divisible from the other provisions and shall be deleted herefrom.
