Lindsay Stahl

As the VP, Global Head of PE&R, Lindsay leads Citeline's Patient Engagement and Recruitment division and is responsible for helping guide, grow, and deliver on our Patient Engagement and Recruitment solutions. She has over 15 years of experience in scientific and clinical research & development, and real-world data strategy and solutioning for clinical investigation.

Lindsay holds an MS in Epidemiology from Columbia University, an MA in Biopsychology from the City University of New York, Hunter, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.

Madeline Naylor

Madeline Naylor is a Doctor of Health Science with a Master of Medical Science degree. She also earned her Clinical Research Coordinator certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Prior to joining Norstella, Dr. Naylor spent ten years managing and conducting academic and commercial research in hospitals and clinics, helping lead the largest early-onset Alzheimer’s studies globally. While Madeline specializes in neurological research, she has ample experience across disease areas. She spent two years at Central Maine Cardiovascular Center, where she launched their first-ever surgical medical device trial – the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedure. She has a keen interest in oncology, researching both the molecular impact and the mental health impacts of a cancer diagnosis. Dr. Naylor now serves Norstella as the Chief Clinician, combining her clinical and real-world data expertise to deliver the highest quality and most innovative solutions to clients and the patients they serve.
